About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to support our National HR Manager's across multiple sites. This role will involve providing administrative assistance with various tasks, contributing to key strategic initiatives, and executing our overall Human Resources strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, including minute-taking, documentation collation, and follow-up actions
* Support Enterprise Agreement (EA) preparation, such as drafting communications, organizing consultation meetings, and maintaining relevant trackers
* Provide recruitment administrative support: prepare interview guides, support leaders with interviews, preparing onboarding documentation and packs
* Administer Labour Hire employee onboarding and tracking including compliance checks, ID collection, and weekly reconciliation
* Support the exit and offboarding process including coordination of exit interviews and reporting on key themes
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and adapt
* A genuine interest in Human Resources and currently working towards a HR qualification
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* An understanding of the Fair Work Act, Awards, Employment relations and HR policies
* Demonstrated administrative experience
* Ability to prioritize workload and conflicting deadlines
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff across all levels of the business
* Able to provide and receive instruction from other team members
* Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information
