Occupational Therapist - Community Based Role

About the Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced therapist or a new graduate looking to make an impact in a community-based role.
You will have full autonomy over your schedule and caseload, allowing you to work independently while collaborating with support coordinators, plan managers, and families as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and progress reviews
* Develop and implement goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to NDIS participants and elderly clients
* Complete required clinical documentation, including reports, treatment notes, and functional assessments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management and ability to work independently
* Passion for working in the NDIS and aged care sectors
