People Partner
This role is about creating a positive, results-driven culture and empowering people with disabilities to reach their full potential.
The People Partner will work closely with leaders to provide best practice HR advice on people-related matters and interpret industrial legislation.
This includes translating relevant awards and policies into accurate advice that benefits both the organisation and employees.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A human resources qualification and at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
* Able to interpret and translate industrial awards and policies.
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to guide leaders and support employee experience.
* Demonstrated time management skills.
