Job Description
* Greet and welcome patients with a smile
* Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
* Handle phone inquiries and assist with patient needs
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
* Support the dental team with administrative tasks
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred.
* Experience in dental software is advantageous.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using computer software applications.
* Experience with file keeping and data entry.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Available for an immediate start and work across 1300SMILES Cairns Central and 1300SMILES Smithfield
