We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a territory manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the image guided therapy (IGT) portfolio in NSW, with a focus on achieving profitable relationships across our IGT fixed systems, mobile surgery and hemo-dynamics portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue growth and market position;
2. Managing and growing new and existing accounts with solid account penetration;
3. Providing clinical, technical, and sales support to customers in collaboration with the business unit and applications team;
4. Delivering persuasive presentations to senior audiences, effectively communicating complex solutions;
5. Maintaining up-to-date CRM and sales tools, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in healthcare sales and strategy, ideally within image-guided therapies, capital equipment, or medical devices;
2. Strong understanding of sales processes with a focus on protecting and growing market share;
3. High motivation, energy, and results-driven attitude;
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to build networks;
5. Proven ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior audiences;
6. Experience in strategic account management.
