This multidisciplinary position involves partnering with support services and carers to provide comprehensive, multiservice care to consumers with complex needs.

Bathurst Community Mental Health comprises a team including Registered Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, and Psychiatrists, supported by senior clinicians.

The clinician will work closely with colleagues to deliver acute care, clinical management, assessments, therapeutic interventions, and opportunities to develop skills in areas such as critical thinking, rapport building, and therapies like DBT, CBT-e, SSCM, and EMDR.

Staff have access to regular clinical supervision, multidisciplinary case reviews, and wellness activities to promote staff wellbeing.
