We are looking for an experienced Senior Dermal Therapist to join our close-knit team at The Villa Dermal Therapies, located in Bundall, Gold Coast. We are a boutique, private dermal clinic specialising in skin rejuvenation, acne, rosacea, melasma, pigmentation, and sensitive skin conditions. The clinic seamlessly blends the best available medical-grade technology with a nurturing, spa-like experience, allowing clients to achieve transformative results while enjoying a relaxing environment.
We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience in laser and facial treatments. Ideally, you have a background in beauty therapy and have then gone on to study to become a Dermal Therapist. You MUST already possess an OPEN QLD Laser license and be MUST be experienced in facial rejuvenation; we do not provide laser hair reduction.
We require someone with extensive skin knowledge and confidence in using advanced technologies. You will be able to provide laser, needling, traditional facial treatments, and in-depth skin consultations and retail skin care. You have knowledge of skin care ingredients and understand how they work in the skin. You have knowledge of skin conditions and how to improve these conditions. You love providing your clients with clinical services and delivering a luxury experience in a relaxing environment. You can offer facial, neck, scalp and arm massages as part of your treatments.

Hours are flexible for the right candidate, but will include one night per week until 7 pm, and you must be available on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. We are open Tuesday to Saturday. Excellent working conditions - paid lunch breaks, flexibility to maintain work/life balance, above award wage, 20% product commission, complimentary treatments and wholesale pricing on all retail for personal use.
