Work in an environment that offers: Two supported clinical rotations in mental health over 12 months Monthly study days and ongoing supervision to support your growth Work in a multidisciplinary team with a recovery-focused approach The Position Job Reference: 2959 Position Title: Social Worker Graduate – Mental Health Classification: YC37 Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,783.20 Hours per fortnight: 80 hours (includes an ADO every 4 weeks) Employment Status: Full Time - Fixed Term (Jan 2027) Closing date: 06/10/2025 Are you a recent Social Work graduate ready to make a difference? Our 12-month Graduate Program offers you the chance to grow your skills, build confidence, and gain hands-on experience in mental health through two supported six-month clinical rotations. Work within a multidisciplinary team, including lived experience workers, and receive regular supervision, training, and study days through our Mental Health Professional Development Unit. You’ll develop core clinical skills in a supportive, recovery-focused environment — and earn a Certificate of Completion. We’re looking for passionate, compassionate, and committed new grads (SW1, Yr3) ready to launch their careers in mental health. Graduates are expected to attend a study day once a month facilitated by the Mental Health Professional Development Unit, and to complete and submit all the required assessment tasks and hurdle requirements to receive a certificate of completion.
