Join Our Growing Team Casual, hourly rate $33.60 (plus 25% casual loading). The Shire of Gingin is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Lancelin Office. As the first point of contact, you will assist with community enquiries, process payments, and provide library services, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all customers. Working closely with the Corporate Services team, this role also supports a range of administrative functions under the direction of the Manager Corporate Services and Coordinator Customer Service.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers at the Lancelin Office; assist with community enquiries
Process payments and provide library services
Support a range of administrative functions under the direction of the Manager Corporate Services and Coordinator Customer Service
Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to contribute to efficient office operations
