Administrative Governance Specialist
We seek a diligent and meticulous individual to fill this Administrative Governance Specialist role, ensuring accurate management of critical processes.
This position involves working in a structured environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with governance requirements.
* Maintain and update Council delegations in external databases and internal records.
* Cross-reference documents across databases and registries to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Prepare and update instruments of delegation using MS Word.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
