About the role
The Digital Development Specialist will provide our members with a best practice digital member experience. Blending both creative thinking with strong digital capability to enhance the AGS online presence, improve user experience, support campaigns and member engagement across digital platforms (primarily website).
Key responsibilities
* Manage, build and update website and digital platforms.
* Apply UX/UI best practice to improve digital usability, navigation and member experience.
* Monitor and report on digital analytics to optimise platforms and customer reach.
* Create, edit and manage high-quality digital assets – webpages, graphics, animation.
* Ensure digital platforms adhere to best practice security standards, privacy legislation and organisational policies.
* Prioritise member data security – handling, storage, usage and risk mitigation.
