Job Description
The Clinical Manager plays a key role in leading our clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care provision. This involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for individuals with complex needs, and implementing evidence-based interventions and clinical practice. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health theory and demonstrated expertise in practical application.
* Coordinate care provision for individuals with complex needs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and clinical practices, ensuring high-quality care outcomes.
* Lead and manage clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff, process development, and monitoring data capture and reporting.
Requirements
* Mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or a Mental Health Social Worker with eligibility for related registration.
* Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team.
* Knowledge and understanding of mental health theory and demonstrated excellence in practical application.
* Highly developed communication skills, enabling effective engagement with consumers, advocacy on their behalf, and establishment of relationships with stakeholders.
