Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in our operations, leveraging your friendly demeanour and exceptional relationship‐building skills to support both our internal colleagues and valued external clients.
We are seeking a proactive individual with a positive attitude and an engaging personality, capable of cultivating strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. Your keen attention to detail, IT proficiency, and organisational prowess will set you apart in this role.
In this position, your ability to anticipate and prioritise tasks, action items, and projects will be highly appreciated. By collaborating closely with Senior Team Assistants and the Partners of the firm, you will foster meaningful connections within our organisation.
This permanent, full‐time opportunity is based in our North Sydney office, with convenient access to the Metro and public transport, making your commute a breeze.
Your role will encompass customer service, administration, coordination, and ensuring that our office is not only well‐organised but also exudes a professional atmosphere.
