This is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring inbound transport runs safely, efficiently and reliably in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will coordinate fleet movements, manage shift handovers and respond to real-time operational issues, supported by established systems and an experienced team. **Note**: This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off roster, incorporating both day and night shifts. **In This Role, You Will:*** Plan and control inbound milk collections for a fleet of 34 trucks across the West region* Manage scheduling continuity and shift handovers across day and night operations* Work closely with drivers, fleet controllers and workshop support to respond to operational issues* Use an established transport scheduling system to manage the majority of planning* Ensure operations are conducted safely and in line with Chain of Responsibility requirements**About You:*** Experience in transport scheduling, fleet control or a similar logistics environment* Comfortable working a rotating day and night roster* Strong operational judgement and ability to remain calm under pressure* Clear communication skills and confidence working with operations teamsSaputo Dairy Australia is an equal opportunity employer.
