Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Full-Time experienced Chef de Partie (Minimum 2, recommended 3 years) in a similar role at a similar venue with a focus on elevated Italian cuisine.

* Salary of $76,515 (38 hours)
An experienced Chef de Partie with a strong background in European cuisine who has completed an apprenticeship or who has passed the appropriate trade test
* Good attendance, punctuality, politeness and a strong approach to work are required
* Ability to work under pressure ensuring good with effective communication

* Prepares and cooks a la carte meals according to recipes
* Monitors food quality and presentation
* Manages and trains commis chefs, apprentice chefs and Kitchenhands in food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
* Orders and maintains inventory of food
* Collaborates with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
* Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Completed Apprenticeship
* Completion of Cert IV – Minimum 2, recommended 3 years of work experience
* Food Handling Certificate
* Understanding of Food Safety
