Overview
Site Engineer / Junior Project Engineer (Contract) – Fremantle, WA. 6–7 Month Contract; Monday to Friday. Support the delivery of a civil construction project based in Fremantle, working closely with the project delivery team to coordinate site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Responsibilities
* Support the Project Manager and site team with daily project delivery
* Assist with coordination of earthworks, road pavement construction, and service installation
* Oversee and assist with FRP works (formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pours)
* Monitor subcontractor performance and site progress
* Assist with QA documentation, inspections, and project reporting
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and WHS requirements
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain program targets
About You
* Experience in civil construction projects
* Exposure to earthworks, road pavement construction, underground services, and FRP works
* Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or working towards)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a site-based project team
