International freight forwarder and logistics provider who has a global network of offices.
Responsibilities
* Co-ordinating customer shipments with origin office, whilst continuing to monitor shipments until destination delivery
* Ensuring customer agreed service levels and value add services are met
* Updating clients regarding order status including delays
* Responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner
* Ensuring customer retention by addressing and resolving service issues
* Developing ongoing client relationships
What we're looking for
* Must have some knowledge of freight forwarding 1 year or more, junior role in forwarding
* Well developed customer service skills
* Proven relationship management skills
* Liaising with customers, overseas agents, completing quotes to importers/exporters
