About the Role
As an Agency Aged Care Nurse or Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care within residential aged care facilities, supporting elderly residents with:
* Clinical care and medication management (RN/EN)
* Personal care and activities of daily living
* Care planning and documentation
* Supporting dementia and complex care residents
* Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
This role is ideal for experienced Aged Care RNs, ENs or Personal Care Workers seeking flexibility, work-life balance and premium agency rates.
About You
You are a reliable and adaptable Aged Care Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Aged Care Worker with recent experience in residential aged care.
You will have:
* Proven experience in residential aged care facilities
* Strong clinical assessment and prioritisation skills (RN/EN)

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Essential Requirements
For RNs / ENs:
* Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration (Division 1 RN or Division 2 EN)
* Minimum 12 months' full-time post-graduate experience in residential aged care
For Aged Care Workers / PCA:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months' full-time experience in residential aged care

* National Police Check (within 3 years)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Up-to-date vaccinations & serology
