About the Role
* Contribute to the development and coordination of high-quality program data and feedback from stakeholders.
* Monitor, report, and continually improve Learning and Engagement programs, activities, costs, performance, etc.
* Accurately maintain information on the Learning and Engagement site.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design and development of marketing and promotion materials for newsletters, slide decks, and information sessions.
* Coordinate and accurately process training-related invoices.
* Ensure awareness and compliance with relevant standards and policies.
Requirements
* Entry-level qualification in business administration, training, or equivalent experience.
* Practical knowledge of contemporary Learning & Organisational Development practices.
* Strong understanding of quality processes and compliance standards.
* Proven ability to support and guide team members.
