Join our Gardening professional team, working across multiple residential facilities to transform and maintain vibrant, inviting gardens and outdoor areas. You will deliver exceptional gardening services including planting, watering, and ensuring landscapes remain healthy and thriving.
Responsibilities
* Plant, water, prune, and maintain gardens and outdoor spaces across multiple sites
* Monitor plant health and soil conditions; implement sustainable gardening practices
* Operate gardening tools and equipment safely; ensure work areas are clean and hazard-free
* Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate gardening schedules and priorities
About You
* Experience in gardening and landscaping with attention to detail
* Ability to safely use gardening tools and equipment; physically capable of bending, lifting, and carrying
* Commitment to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces and delivering quality results
* Candidates will be subject to a pre-employment medical assessment and the successful candidate is required to have a current NDIS worker clearance
* In line with health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations
