We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects within the Electronic Warfare and Land Systems domains.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Defence programs that enhance the operational effectiveness of the Australian Defence Force. This includes collaborating closely with engineering, systems integration and commercial teams to ensure successful project outcomes across multiple phases of development and sustainment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management within the Defence, EW or Land Systems environment.
* Strong understanding of Defence acquisition frameworks (ASDEFCON or similar).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working with CASG, Prime Contractors or Defence SMEs.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related field (PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA are highly regarded).
* Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 preferred).
