Assist in the development and review of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and feedback.
Prepare reports, presentations, and communications to support project outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within HR systems and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR, project coordination, or administration.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
