We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly Byron-based team.

About the Role
This permanent role would suit someone who loves being customer-facing, is happy to juggle multiple tasks and stays calm when things get busy.
An average day looks something like:
Customer Service: Providing friendly and professional support over the phone and by email, focusing on an exceptional customer experience.
Quote/Order Processing: Using our eCommerce and customer service systems to create quotes, and then smoothly process, track and fulfil customer orders.
Warranty & Returns Support: Efficiently handle warranty and returns requests, including assessing and troubleshooting customer issues.
Supplier Liaison: Working with our suppliers to ensure customers receive excellent service.
Ad Hoc General Admin: Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.
What you bring
Experience in customer service and a proven track record working effectively with a diverse range of customers.
Great communication skills; taking calls, writing clear/concise emails and gracefully handling a wide range of inquiries are an essential part of this role.
Digital savvy and confident in using cloud-based software (such as Google Workspace, Slack, Gorgias, etc).
Shopify experience is appreciated.
A good eye for detail and an ability to problem-solve.
A desire to turn up with a positive attitude, flexibility and a desire to provide customers with an excellent service.
An interest in the design, interiors or architecture is a bonus
