As the Senior HR Advisor (AO6) you will provide professional HR advice and consultancy across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with managers and leadership teams, you will support performance, recruitment, employee relations and workforce management to ensure compliant, fair and contemporary HR practices.
You will partner with stakeholders to solve people challenges, provide practical solutions, and support decision‐making across a complex operational environment.
In this role, you will:
* Provide high‐quality HR advice across performance, conduct, recruitment and workforce management
* Interpret industrial instruments, policies and legislation to support sound decision‐making
* Analyse workforce data and recommend practical solutions
* Support recruitment, establishment management and workforce planning activities
* Prepare reports, briefs and correspondence on HR matters
* Partner with leaders on sensitive and confidential employee relations issues
* Contribute to HR projects, initiatives and continuous improvement
* Build strong working relationships across the organisation
What you will bring:
* Experience providing HR advisory services across the employee lifecycle
* Strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and governance requirements
* Ability to interpret policy and provide clear, practical advice to managers
