Role Title: Solution Architect
Location: Adelaide (Hybrid working arrangements)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract (strong likelihood of extension and long-term engagement)
Contract Type: Hourly rate contract
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-performing technology team supporting a significant investment portfolio. This is a high-visibility environment with major capital investment flowing into expansion initiatives, including new smelter builds. Delivery risk is critical, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring technology solutions are effectively designed and delivered across multiple concurrent initiatives. Initially aligned to a large-scale project, you will also gain exposure to a portfolio of smaller innovation-driven initiatives spanning AI, enterprise applications, innovation programs, and Operational Technology.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end solution architecture across assigned projects
* Produce high-quality technical designs aligned with enterprise standards
* Engage and align technology and business stakeholders
* Support delivery outcomes in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting
* Contribute across AI, applications, innovation, and Operational Technology initiatives
Main Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 8 years as a Solution Architect or similar role in large-scale enterprise or capital projects
* Technical Expertise: Strong experience in enterprise applications, AI initiatives, Operational Technology, and innovation
* Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and negotiate with both technical and business stakeholders
* Methodologies: Knowledge of TOGAF and agile delivery, and enterprise architecture principles
* Problem-Solving: Ability to operate in ambiguous and complex environments and propose practical solutions
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Work Style: Self-starter, solutions-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision

Casual Loading
