Your Responsibilities
Take the lead on preparing and managing complex development applications under NSW planning legislation
Provide expert planning guidance to clients, councils, and stakeholders
Develop detailed planning reports and all necessary supporting documentation
Coordinate seamlessly with council officers, state agencies, and external consultants
Mentor and support junior planners to build team capability and confidence
Contribute to the firm's growth and success through strong client engagement
About You
Tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline
Minimum of 4 years' experience in statutory planning within NSW
Strong understanding of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and local government planning controls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
