Your Responsibilities
* Take the lead on preparing and managing complex development applications under NSW planning legislation
* Provide expert planning guidance to clients, councils, and stakeholders
* Develop detailed planning reports and all necessary supporting documentation
* Coordinate seamlessly with council officers, state agencies, and external consultants
* Mentor and support junior planners to build team capability and confidence
* Contribute to the firm's growth and success through strong client engagement
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in statutory planning within NSW
* Strong understanding of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and local government planning controls
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
