Pandora is seeking a results-driven Assistant Store Manager to lead our beautiful and new Rockhampton store.
Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store. You will report to the store manager and be their biggest support - ensuring the commercial success of the store.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Supporting, coaching and motivating the in-store team to achieve the store's targets
* Managing retail operations, including stock control, store procedures and team rotas
* Managing store security and tracking the team's sales performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Strong communication skills and the ability to coach a high-performing team
* The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
