Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site-based administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting
* Support Site Managers and project teams by maintaining accurate records
* Process invoices, cost summaries, and variations according to company and client requirements
* Monitor and reconcile daily timesheets to ensure accurate personnel and equipment hours
* Effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced site environment to meet strict deadlines
