What is our Social Worker role?
This role provides clinical social work services to adult consumers of the Osborne Community Mental Health Service clinic, functioning as a case manager in a multidisciplinary team. Responsible for the clinical management of consumers and families/carers in nominated areas and consultation with other staff, consumers, families/carers and other services.
