Warehouse Coordinator
We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient and accurate handling of stock and orders. This role requires someone who can manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, maintain WHS standards, and confidently use digital tools including Jim2, Outlook and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily warehouse and stockroom operations
* Manage ordering, stock control, and replenishment
* Process and track orders using Jim2 ERP
* Communicate with suppliers, couriers, customers and internal teams via Outlook
* Maintain spreadsheets and reporting through Microsoft Excel
* Oversee picking, packing, dispatch and returns
* Complete regular stocktakes and investigate variances
* Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (must hold current licence)
* Ensure the warehouse meets Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
* Train and support casual warehouse staff during peak periods
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or coordination role
* Experience with Jim2 or similar ERP systems
* Proficient in Outlook and Excel (basic reporting, data entry, stock sheets)
* Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
* Current forklift licence (LF or LO)
* Current Full Drivers Licence
* Strong understanding of health and safety practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours
