The Opportunity
We are looking for a Mid-Level Embedded Software Engineer who is hungry for impact and inspired by possibility. This is your chance to step into one of Adelaide's most exciting technology businesses and help us design, develop and deploy embedded systems that set new industry benchmarks.

What You Will Do
* Build the Future
– Design, implement and maintain firmware for microcontrollers and embedded platforms (Embedded C, RTOS).
* Connect the Physical and Digital Worlds
– Integrate sensors, actuators and communications (SPI, I²C, UART, CAN) into seamless systems.
* Engineer for Trust
– Deliver secure, reliable and high-performing firmware for devices deployed in the field.
* Push Boundaries
– Test, validate and optimise at every stage, working with multidisciplinary teams to bring ideas to life.
* Shape Tomorrow's Products
– Contribute to architecture and design of embedded solutions that will be deployed worldwide.
What We're Looking For
You are not just looking for another job, you are looking for a place where your work matters.
You bring:
* A degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering (or related).
* 3–5 years of experience in embedded development.
* Strong skills in Embedded C, RTOS, and Linux for embedded systems.
* Experience with device integration and debugging.
* A mindset that blends curiosity, problem-solving, and ownership.
It would be amazing if you also have:
* STM32 microcontroller experience.
* System integration or FPGA experience.
* PCB design knowledge.
