* Permanent part time 32 hours per fortnight, 5 weeks leave and salary packaging
About The Role
This Grade 2 Dietitian role is primarily based at University Hospital Geelong, providing high-quality, evidence-based nutrition and dietetic services to inpatients and outpatients across a broad range of clinical specialties. You will work as an integral member of the Nutrition & Dietetics team, delivering consumer-centred care within a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based dietetic care to inpatients and outpatients across acute and specialty services
* Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team, including care planning, assessment, and review
* Provide supervision, teaching, and support to Grade 1 Dietitians and Dietetic Assistants
* Ensure clinical practice aligns with Dietitians Australia standards, relevant legislation, and Barwon Health policies
* Contribute to weekend and public holiday dietetic services as required
What We're Looking For
* Current registration or eligibility for accredited membership with Dietitians Australia (APD)
* Demonstrated experience in clinical dietetic practice, with ability to work independently
* Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment
* Commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical excellence, and consumer-centred care
