About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our multi-trade operations team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Reviewing job cards and reports from our field trades
* Diagnosing issues based on notes, photos, and job history
* Collaborating with supervisors and team members to develop practical, cost-effective solutions
* Pricing and building detailed quotes with clear scopes of work and supporting narratives
* Ensuring quotes are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards
This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between the field team and office operations — turning trade feedback into professional, client-ready proposals.

Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
* Experience in estimating, quoting, or coordination within the trades industry (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or building maintenance preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical information
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
* Experience using quoting or job management systems (preferred but not essential)
