As a Depot and Operations Manager, you will lead the optimization of operational performance across regional based depots and 3rd party warehouses in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
* Supply Chain Leadership: Provide strategic and tactical leadership of supply chain operations and administration of OFP Victoria depots, including warehousing, carton erecting and distribution to fulfill customer orders.
* Depot Management: Manage all depot activities within the regional Vic network and administration over third-party depot sites, including machinery equipment location and maintenance across the network.
You will be responsible for delivering improved safety performance, 3PL performance, innovation and cost initiatives across the Victorian depot network. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to our company's success.
Requirements
* Degree Qualification: Degree qualified in Warehousing, Supply Chain or Business preferred.
* Experience: At least 3 years of supply chain operations experience in a large organization with a high SKU and customer environment.
* Leadership Skills: Well-developed leadership skills and ability to manage and influence effectively across a large team with a diverse range of skills and experience.
* Safety Knowledge: Good understanding of appropriate safety standards and responsibilities under chain of responsibility and WHSE legislation.
* Cost Management: Effective cost management and reduction experience, negotiating contracts and managing suppliers.
