* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
* Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy and quality
* Review and assess how AI interprets health information, identifying gaps, errors, or misleading outputs
* Apply your expertise in EHR systems and clinical reporting to provide structured, expert feedback
* Evaluate data pipelines, reporting logic, and health information system outputs for correctness and clinical relevance
* Contribute to training datasets by annotating, rating, and improving AI responses on healthcare topics
* Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
* Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech), or clinical reporting platforms
* Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
* Solid understanding of clinical and administrative workflows in healthcare settings
* Ability to evaluate complex health information and communicate findings clearly
* Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured evaluation guidelines
* Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, independent work environment
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
* Background in health informatics, clinical data management, or healthcare IT
* Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
* Experience collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational teams
