About the role Deliver high-quality, responsive, and individualised care as a Registered Nurse to help our residents live meaningful lives. You will plan, organise, and implement care according to individual resident care plans, while promoting high standards of professional care. As an experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our care staff. We offer a competitive salary based on your previous hours worked, ranging from $44.22 to $53.74 per hour, plus superannuation, applicable penalties, and salary packaging. This position is for a permanent part-time role working 56 hours per fortnight. Relocation packages and sponsorship opportunities are available. Skills and experience Current AHPRA Registration Experience in a clinical leadership role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives and deadlines Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Flexibility with working roster Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current clearance Knowledge of AN-ACC is advantageous Understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and values About Caloola Centre Located minutes from Lake Albert in Wagga Wagga, Caloola Centre offers quality, specialist support to a well-loved community near shops, clubs, and churches.
