Your new role
As Regional Visual Merchandising Partner – Victoria & Tasmania, you'll be the driving force behind visual excellence across a portfolio of stores. You'll set the standard, inspire teams, and translate brand strategy into powerful in‐store experiences that lift sales and enhance customer engagement.
Partnering closely with store leaders and head office, you'll coach, guide and support teams to deliver consistent, high‐impact VM—while being hands‐on when it matters most.
This is a 12-month fixed‐term opportunity ideal for a VM leader who thrives on influence, variety and travel.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Lead, coach and uplift store teams on VM standards and execution
* Ensure all merchandise presentation is best‐in‐class, including hanger appeal and garment steaming
* Drive confident execution of VM launches, incentives and key changeovers—on time, every time
* Identify and implement improvements to VM processes and ways of working
* Provide on‐the‐ground VM support for new store openings and refurbishments
* Deliver new stores and refurbs to brand standard, on time and within budget
* Manage VM expenses, forecasting and budget planning in partnership with Finance
* Develop and deliver weekly and monthly VM calendars, including windows and in‐store installations
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 3 years' Visual Merchandising experience, including at least 1 year in a multi‐site role
* Retail background preferred—ideally furniture, homewares, or big & bulky goods
* Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator)
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to track and analyse sales data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to travel extensively across Victoria and Tasmania (own vehicle essential)
* A practical, hands‐on approach—you're comfortable lifting, moving and styling furniture
