About the Opportunity
We have a casual opportunity for a dedicated and talented
Chef de Partie
to join our dynamic culinary team.
As a valued member of our kitchen brigade, you will work alongside a team of skilled chefs to craft high-quality, memorable dishes for our members and guests. You will have the chance to take ownership of a specific kitchen section, showcasing your skills and creativity while contributing to the smooth and efficient daily operations of the kitchen.
Our kitchen operates seven days a week, 365 days a year. Flexibility, particularly across evenings and weekends, is essential to support service excellence during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently deliver high-quality food in line with RACV standards
Maintain effective stock rotation and minimise wastage
Lead the day-to-day operations of your designated section
Contribute across all areas of kitchen operations
Mentor and support the development of apprentices, cooks, and junior chefs

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or similar high-quality environment
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), recognised in Australia
Strong foundation in cookery techniques, including advanced knife skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
