This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization that is expanding rapidly and seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to drive period-end reporting schedules, create insightful dashboards, and provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for investments and budgeting processes.
You will report directly to the Group FC and play a key role in leading the Group Finance function, collaborating with regional stakeholders, and overseeing month-end close across multiple entities.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise month-end and close activities, reviewing reconciliations, investigating anomalies, and providing high-quality commentary
* Assist with board reporting, audit preparation, and covenant reporting
* Develop and maintain dashboards to reduce manual reporting through automation
* Liaise with regional managers and department heads to support P&L performance, lead variance analysis, and influence business decisions
* Collaborate on budgets and forecasts with operational leaders
* Support integration of new sites and acquisitions
Requirements:
* CA, CPA or equivalent qualification
* Strong experience in financial and management accounting
* Skilled communicator who can partner confidently with non-finance leaders
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and dashboard creation
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high accountability
* Experience with multi-entity or service-based environments

* Background in healthcare or diagnostic/radiology services
* Experience with NetSuite or similar Tier 1 ERP systems
