About the Role
Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site, the role of Team Member focuses mainly on general admin duties and efficiently handling and sorting of mail, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
Scope of the role includes:
* Mail sorting and distribution
* General administrative duties
* Courier bookings and deliveries
* Preparation of mailbags
* Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery
* Assist in organising meetings and conferences
* Maintain databases and update presentations
* Light cleaning duties
* Assist with filing and maintenance document files
* Some heavy lifting may be involved
About you
To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail, and you will have a good level of computer literacy.
Key Requirements
* Previous customer service experience
* Mailroom experience and familiar with working in an office environment is preferred
* Computer literacy (particularly with using Microsoft Word and Excel)
* High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
* The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
* Punctual, reliable and hardworking
* Fit and able to lift large packages
