- Casual Labourer (Gardening Team)
Could lead to part time positions in the near future.
Our teams work a range of contracts from commercial to domestic, seniors to NDIS and everywhere in-between.
This position Requires:
* Own reliable vehicle to get to and from
* Open minded and caring, ability to work with vulnerable types of people.
* No judgement, No pity, just a friendly approach.
* The normal crap - reliable, punctual, honest, hard working blah blah... you know what employers require, let's not beat around the bush...
* We want someone that we don't want to replace, that makes the work a lighter load on the whole team.
* Someone who knows how to laugh and take the piss out of themselves and others without being offended and precious.
* The type of person who works their butt off whether in the heat or the cold, complains but gets on with it and earns that cold beer back at staff headquarters at the end of the day!
* A person who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, sweat dripping down their forehead and back but loves seeing the perfection they helped create at the end of the job!
* Physically fit - No back problems, neck problems. Able to walk over 10k steps per day, bend, rotate and climb a ladder.
* Previous experience in lawn mowing/gardening would be advantageous but isn't mandatory.
All equipment supplied.
Hours would range from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Rare weekend work offered if needed.
