The company is structured to meet stringent quality requirements and delivery schedules for major projects while maintaining a commitment to safety.Metal WelderGeneral steel fabricationWelding FCAW, GMAW and GTAWCarbon Arc Air GougingFabrication inspection and repairScope of works reportsConsistently increase fabrication efficiency, quality & standardsRead and understand mechanical drawingsPrioritise work under direction of Department ManagerOperate the overhead cranes in a safe mannerPacking of goods always to a standard after completionQualifications and Experience:At least 2 years' experience in a similar roleRelevant trade qualificationCompetent in welding of Steel, Stainless Steel and AluminiumA forklift licence is ideal but not essentialMechanical Engineering TechnicianKey Responsibilities:Enhancing Mechanical Efficiency: Adjust machinery and equipment settings for peak efficiency.Troubleshooting Mechanical Malfunctions: Identify and diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs to minimise downtime.Proactive Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to reduce costly breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.Collaboration with Engineers: Work with mechanical engineers on design and maintenance projects, optimise mechanical systems.Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous service records and document processes accurately.Parts Management: Oversee availability of necessary parts and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.Installation and Testing: Lead installation of mechanical systems and conduct diagnostic tests to validate operational effectiveness.Competencies:Technical Proficiency: Exceptional skill in the use of various tools and equipment, strong mechanical workmanship.Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards: Thorough knowledge of HSE standards and quality control measures.Qualifications and Experience:A Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Hydraulics is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.Sheet Metal Trades WorkerKey Duties & Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, work orders and schematics.Select, measure, cut, shape and form sheet metal to specifications.Operate CNC press brakes, laser cutting machinery and other fabrication equipment.Program, edit and optimise cutting parameters in collaboration with programmers.Assemble and finish metal components using welding, riveting, soldering and related techniques.Perform quality checks, packaging, and loading/unloading of materials.Carry out routine maintenance and maintain accurate job records.Manage daily job scheduling while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Remuneration: $76,515 - $82,800Please apply now through our online application form.
