Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Royal Hobart Hospital's Integrated Operations Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and reporting to the Nurse Unit Managers (NUM) IOC Staffing and Support.
This role offers an exciting chance to work across various departments and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Provide administrative support to the NUMs, including recruitment activities and management of staff records.
* Support the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the IOC.
* Collaborate with Human Resources and Payroll Services to ensure accurate and timely processing of personnel matters.
This is a permanent part-time position working 60 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. The salary range is $73,811 to $79,779 per annum, pro rata.
