To be successful for this position, you should possess the following:
Robust commitment to safety
Trade certificate or relevant qualification including certificate of proficiency
Ability to pass welding qualifications
Exceptional work ethic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated
Ability to work in a team environment
License and own transportation
WHS Construction card
Working at Heights training
The ability to work overtime to assist with achieving company goals
Ability to interpret drawings and project scope of works
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement
Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
