Lead Fashion Store Manager
Clothing allowance to always look the part is a given. We are keen on interviewing and starting as soon as possible for our Geelong boutique. You will be responsible for leading our team to success, managing staff, and making sure they have the tools they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a small team of up to 5 staff members
* Develop and implement store standards
* Develop, mentor, and build your team to be experts in their industry
* Coach and develop staff to achieve consistent results
* Manage wages, rosters, budgets, and KPIs
Requirements:
* Able to coach and develop staff to achieve consistent results
* Professional communication style: both oral and written
* Sensational time management and operational skills
* Demonstrate excellent sales skills in a consultative environment
* Have impeccable visual merchandising and administration standards
