Job Description:
We are seeking an organized, reliable and honest professional to join our team in a reception/administration position. This role plays a vital part in providing a warm welcome to families and being a reliable source of information about our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet families
* Answer phones and manage messages professionally
* Provide compassionate support to families
* Liaise with healthcare professionals and their staff
* Manage appointments and process invoices and payments
* Manage banking and reconcile payments
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, faxing, shredding and document preparation
* Maintain accurate client records and upload documents
* Assist therapists with resource preparation
* Manage calendars to optimize therapist schedules
* Monitor and order office supplies
Requirements:
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Excel
* First Aid Certificate, WWC Check and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Power Diary experience
* Completion of a Medical Reception course
