Administrative Marketing Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your administrative and marketing skills in a dynamic role. You will gain exposure to various aspects of the real estate industry.
* Collaborate with agents to coordinate and prepare reports, submissions, and documentation for sales and lease transactions.
* Support the production of high-quality marketing materials and agency documents, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
* Update the company database, including listing information, and upload to the website as required by agents to ensure that client and property information is accurate.
* Manage online property listings across multiple platforms, while liaising with suppliers to coordinate marketing assets and campaigns.
You will have experience in a similar role, ideally within the property or professional services sector. A tertiary qualification in Property or Marketing is desirable but not essential. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is also required.
