About the Role...
This role will suit an experienced and highly capable Personal Injury Lawyer. You will be responsible for managing your own file load and liaising directly with injured clients regarding their claims (eg. anything from Workcover, TAC, Abuse Law (if desired) and Public Liability claims). You will also enjoy mentoring other lawyers and have the opportunity to work with highly experienced senior colleagues and be backed up by a supportive admin. team. With this firm you will have access to excellent infrastructure and resourcing (including IT systems and support). They also have very realistic KPIs and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have...
* Sound experience, eg. min. of 3 years post admission, in personal injury law;
* Genuine desire for personal career growth and self development;
* Strong file and time management skills.
* Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills (both written/verbal);
* Ability to prioritise, triage and manage clients' competing priorities;
* Strong understanding of P.I. preparation.
