The Opportunity
This is not your typical facilities role.
We're looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to take ownership of how our offices feel, function, and performance. You'll lead from the front in creating a workplace that is seamless, safe, and genuinely enjoyable to be in—balancing operational excellence with a strong employee experience focus.
Based in London (with light travel to Birmingham), you'll sit at the centre of workplace delivery working across FM, H&S, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep everything running at a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing Workplace Experience
* Own and elevate the day-to-day workplace experience across UK offices
* Create a polished, welcoming, and high-performing office environment
* Lead front-of-house and workplace services with a customer-first mindset
Facilities Management
* Oversee all hard and soft FM services (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
* Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
* Drive continuous improvement across service delivery
Health & Safety
* Take full ownership of H&S compliance across sites
* Manage risk assessments, audits, and incident reporting
* Act as the responsible person for workplace safety
Supplier & Contract Management
* Manage and challenge suppliers to deliver best-in-class service
* Lead performance reviews and contract optimisation
* Identify cost savings without compromising quality
Budget Ownership
* Manage workplace and FM budgets
* Track spend, forecast costs, and drive commercial value
Systems & Resilience
* Oversee workplace systems (visitor management, emergency protocols, etc.)
* Lead business continuity and emergency planning
Events & Engagement
* Deliver high-quality internal events that enhance employee experience
Multi-Site Oversight
* Lead operations across London (main site) and Birmingham
* Travel to Birmingham a few times per year to maintain standards
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in Workplace, Facilities, or Corporate Services leadership
* Strong working knowledge of UK H&S legislation
* Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and budgets
* Comfortable operating across multiple sites
* A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery

The Details
* 37.5 hours per week
* London-based, with flexible Fridays (WFH where appropriate)
* Occasional Birmingham travel (3–4 times per year)
* Attendance at company away events required
