About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client relationships, site teams and service delivery. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term connections with clients through regular communication and site visits.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the cleaning, facilities management or service industry. They must possess strong leadership and people management skills, excellent client service, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, conducting site inspections and performance audits, leading and training site supervisors and staff, managing rosters and resources, maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and service growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment. A current driver's licence and Blue Card are also essential requirements.

* Maintain accurate records of contracts, reports and client communications.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and service growth.
* Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with WHS standards.
